- The first platform for Beacon is completed and a permanent human colony is established on Venus

- Tharsis and Elysium decide to invade Olympus Mons to resolve increasing violence
- Hellas invades Argyre and absorbs the colony, creating an empire spanning most of the southern hemisphere
- Tharsis and Elysium fight a series of wars against Hellas
- Political violence and instability rocks Elysium, ending in a new regime taking over
- Several Olympian factions flee to the Asteroid Belt, establishing new colonies
- Basilicus Viginti Novem is birthed on Olympus Mons
- Basilicus Viginti Novem then flees to the Asteroid Belt after his entire brood is killed
- Earth’s economy is notoriously lethargic during this period

- A cold war forms between Elysium and Hellas
- The Pillar Networks of Tharsis form alliances against one another and enter a period of a civil cold war
- Venus colonies continue to grow and expand at a rapid rate
- Basilicus Viginti Novem coalesces power among the exiled Olympian colonies in the Asteroid Belt

- America celebrates five hundred years as an independent country
- Pirates on Venus capture Trevor Solu-Rao
- Political alliances on Earth breakdown, including the Pacific Alliance as civil strife escalates in both America and China
- The Olympians launch their war against Earth, the first strike kills hundreds of millions of people
- The Olympians take control of Earth’s orbit and launch a siege against the planet
- The nations of Earth fall after several years of fighting, but resistance and insurgency movements continue to fight
- The nations of Venus and Mars pour money into building up defensive measures against the Olympians
- Venus creates the White Fleet and the Gold Fleet
- There is a failed assassination attempt against Basilicus Viginti Novem
- Three troop carriers defect from the Olympians and travel to Venus
